Dear Jennifer,
Congratulations on logging your first 'Walk Across the World' 1.5 miles with Living Wellness. The feeling is most important as a natural barometer of health. Michele shared an article [see 'Stories' section] about walking with Vietnamese Master, Thick Naht Han, who likes to say, 'Peace is in Every Step' and that there, 'Is No 'Way to Peace', rather, 'Peace is the Way.' Now that you've started logging, we can post our daily hikes in Topanga Canyon, such beautiful Southern California mountain/ocean terrain... each walk becomes its own inspired magic-time. So we walk together in spirit! Philip, Michele & LW :) jennifer n. said:
